Claiming tax back....how?

My wife and I worked in Alberta in 2016/17 and are now back home. What's the best way to claim back the tax without going through a third party like taxback. Thanks

That's claiming Irish tax back, I'm looking to claim back my Canadian tax

I'm not sure if you can file for a tax return as the deadline for actually filling one (the normal way) has passed.

I would go to Taxback.com or something similar if you cannot Google an answer. Sorry not able to be of more assistance!

Have used TurboTax the last two years. No issues so far with them.
