    Hi girls

    Just wondering if anyone saw much improvement with their skin whilst taking the Advanced Nutrition Programme omegas & vit a? Are they worth the money they are or is there cheaper alternatives?

    I started using environ products for my dry flaky skin & my facialist recommended taking the above tablets along with my products for optimum results. They are very expensive at €70 odd per box (180 x2daily).

    Anyone have any experience or is it a gimmick? Also the Environ products also?
