    Hi....I have a number of electric Ireland accounts registered on line, however I am not able to register another account. Can you help me, please?

    Thanks for your message.

    For us to look into this for you, could you please send us a private message with the following details?
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • Your contact number
    • Your address
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (Yes/No)
    Could you also include any error messages you are receiving when attempting to add the additional Electric Ireland account number to your Online Billing account.

    Should you have any other questions in the meantime, please let us know.
