    As title says 4 entries available for Tyrone middle distance race on the 28th July.
    Race organiser has confirmed they will accommodate transfers.

    No they didn't say. They have a link on their website for you to do yourself.

    Cheers. I'm likely now to just go with sucking it up, accepting I'm going to run like sh*t and take my enjoyment from the race out of swim and bike :)
    But it does say transfers available until July 28th and I'm indecisive so...
