Contacting eir.

    Hi, 
    I have home broadband with eir and wish to contact.
    Tried logging in-tells me account has been closed/moved.
    Tried ringing- cant get past first hurdle (enter acc num.) because I dont know account number because I cant log in.
    Tried emailing through website-eir email out of service.
    Tried webchat- webchat out of service.
    'lil help please!

    Looks like I can rule out contacting eir via boards too.

    Last week Eir experienced webchat issues hence why it probably didn't work. You should be able to contact webchat as normal now during working hours following this link: https://www.eir.ie/chatnow

    As for you don't know your account number, visit your local Carphone Warehouse or Eir branch. They can search you on eir system using your name, surname, address or landline. They'll be able to provide you your account number.
