Best TV for around €400 ? are JVC any good ?

Looking at a short term TV, something of a decent size and display. I found a lot of JVC's seem to be cheaper than most brands and the specs seem to be ok for what I'm looking for. Is there a better brand or something that I should be lookin at. Kind of want 42" + with AT LEAST 1080p. Ideally 4k or HDR
