Can't see dashboard information

    I'm mid cycle with my FMS broadband and landline package.
    I have 100gb data per month FMS.
    However for the last 2 days, I can't see how much data I've left or how many calls I've made etc on my dashboard online.
    It looks like perhaps I'm into a new contract period and that's why I can't see it but I need to be able to keep an eye that I don't exceed the 100gb this month.

    Can you try clearing your browser history and accessing this through a different internet browser and let me know if there is any change.
