Any AES customers thought about switching in July?

    I think most customers would have had their first chance to review their options for Flat fee / Pay by Weight / Pay by Lift in July?

    Did you think about switching? What made you decide to stick or switch?

    I switched to Pay by Weight based on my previous 12 months I would have made between €40 and €50 savings.

    When I was working it out, it seems the incentive is to stay on Flat fees?
    (and isn't that opposite to the original intentions??)
