mortgage on STAMP 4 + critical skills employment permit

    I and my girlfriend are both software engineers gross salaries 55k and 30k resp.

    We are looking forward to get a mortgage.

    I am on STAMP 4 while she is on Critical skills work permit as we are foreign nationals.

    Is there any chance we can make a joint application and borrow enough money to buy a new house near Dublin.?

    PS: we have deposit ready
