Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Driven in the sea I’d say.

Nah seriously they rust over in a few days if idle...be the last thing I’d be worried about.

After a drive with some braking involved the disc will return to normal.

But even the part that holds in the pads seems a bit rusty? Surely that can't clean itself?

Brake calipers often come uncoated/unpainted and so rust fairly easily, doesn't affect operation, just cosmetic.

    Yes Mr. mengele.
    Rust in there is normal.
You can get your German motor without worries.
