8.40am and no drinking water....no restrictions before and when I check online most things say water will be back in the ‘early hours’ if fully restricted.

Update: Didn’t think Irish Water would have customer care operating today but they do...they reckon its due to a leak at Castletown House that’s been reported this morning by several people. They’ve no idea how long till service restored.

Think it must just be gone on the Castletown side of the river. All good here in the east side.

Is there any update on this please? Seems we still have no water in Oldtown Mill as of 6.30pm.

Thanks for the update. Hopefully Oldtown Mill gets it back soon!

Gone again now. In castletown at 4pm and the flood was cleared. Back up at 8pm and the avenue was back flooded.
