Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Are you saying that you are getting hot water from the cold taps and cold water from the hot taps?

Is everything worked off the pump?

Not everything, the cold water for the kitchen and all the bathroom taps and the shower too. The bathroom cold tap is lukewarm and the kitchen hot tap is completely cold and the cold water tap goes warm

By any chance is it an apartment with a 6 foot plus (ish) water storage tank?

Ok, its one of two things.
Either whoever has "fixed" the pump has gotten their pipework mixed up.
Or, the immersion or gas to heat the water had been left on for weeks and gone unused. The heat from the lower section of the tank has created a heat transfer to the upper tank section and the hot water has been run off, leaving the bottom section cool and the upper section warm, and yes I have seen it happen.
Can you take a couple of pictures of the area around the tank and pump and ill try help you further.
