Hello Last year, I paid a website for a one year subscription. It was not to be rolled over and renewed each year. However on 5th June, this year the 140euros was stopped again. Is there anyway I can cancel this payment and get my money back? Thanks MadamR

You'll need to contact the company to request a refund. To stop them from taking further payments, please send a request to Cancel a Continuous Authority through the Ask a Question option in the Service Desk when logged on to 365 Online.
