Exclusive hire wedding venue, West Coast

Hey, we've been looking at wedding venues in the west (Galway,Clare,Kerry,Cork pref) but we're struggling and would really appreciate some guidance and advice. We'll have approx 130 people and as we're both from Donegal and all guests will be travelling, we'll need some on site accommodation.

We aren't interested in a Celtic tiger style hotel/wedding. Country house/castle type venue that offers exclusive hire with capacity for 130 guests and at least 10 rooms. We'd also love something close to the water but I know we're already limiting ourselves massively.

We're basing ourselves in Galway next week for a few days to visit venues and if we had some local knowledge for venue recommendations, it would be really appreciated.

Rossleague Manor and Renvyle House, I been at weddings in both places, they are lovely, and by the sea. Renvyle is a bit bigger so you won’t get exclusive hire unless all the rooms are taken, afaik
