Service desk not working.

I've been trying to message service desk all day but I just kept an unhelpful message "We are unable to process your request at this time, please try again later." Is it currently down?

Thanks for your post.

We've checked with our support team and the Service Desk option is working normally and there's been no similar reports on this. Can you please try logging in using a different browser or device and let us know how you get on?
