Eir Installing Problem

    Hi,I was told that somebody from eir would ring me to come and install eir fibre today in my new house,nobody rang me or turned up,I then rang eir 3 times and waited 5-10 mins every time and there was no answer.Can somebody plz help me all I want to do is install my internet

    It's possible Eir Engineer didn't manage to come to you today. They normally call you to re-arrange the date. You can call them, webchat or wait for the reps to rescheduling installation date.

    They should have contacted you if they changed the date :/

    I would reccomend contacting our support team on 1901 to have this looked into further.
