Do I need a new avr?

    Hi guys, I bought an AVR from you guys at Richer Sounds back in December and from the first day I got it. I noticed random popping/cracking noises while watching movies in stereo and surround. I figured it was interference of some kind so for the last few months I have been trying to isolate the issue and the setup in general all with no luck. I seems to be the amp as I swapped out the AVR 3 days ago with a friend's one and have not had any issues at all. Is it possible I have a warranty for a replacement or a repair or will I need to get a new AVR. I kinda don't have the money at the moment for a suitable amp for the silver 300's I got recently although I will upgrade at the end of the year. David

    Hi DazzyDave89.

    Sorry to hear that you are having some issues.

    Denon come with a 2 year warranty so if it was only purchased last December then it is still well within its warranty period.
    If you want to return it back to us here at the store we can give it a test and then send it off for repair.

    Please ensure that it is very well packaged when you ship it back to us as that it does not get damaged in transit back to us.
