Sorry to hear about your bike. Scumbags everywhere. Have you tried local shops/pub for cctv? Gaurds always very slow to bother.

Hope you find it. Lovely bike.

Sorry to hear about your bike being stolen.
Very few of those R45's about now.
Not many sold due to being very underpowered apparently.
What was it like to ride?

Sorry to hear that, love those old bmw's. I would not have thought they would be a typical target for scum. Where was it when it got taken?

There's a bit of a market for the parts these days. Likely stolen to order rather than rally around a field.

Well done to you if that is his bike

Should we all arrange a time to meet there at? Will pitchforks or baseball bats be the order of the day?

Yep, it was underpowered but it was perfect for what I wanted it to do, and that was just to take it for the odd ride at the weekend.
D'ya know what... it handled lovely. It was really well balanced, was great on the twisties, yeah it wasn't fast but that was only a very tiny drawback (the r65 is the better engine).

It was in a basement carpark of an apartment. They scummers must have waited for someone to come home and then just followed them into the carpark.

It was sitting beside a cool off/on road bike and so that's probably what they were looking for and then took mine while they were at it.
