So I have to return a frame for a warranty issue. I don't have to take everything off, they will swap over BBs etc but from what i can tell, I am expected to pay for the postage over. This is fair in the beginning but once they confirm it is a warranty issue, should I expect postage to be reimbursed or is it just tough luck.

It is heading to the UK, so its not cheap as chips to return.

Also does anyone have any recommendations for shippers. i was thinking Parcel Force as they are the company that shipped the frame over.

If you bought it over the net, I think distance selling regs mean that they should refund postage but you should confirm with them first.
