Truthfully it's a little difficult to answer and really depends on your own personal circumstances and/or style of play.

Some lunatics, like me (or Beaker before he got caught up in a real job) like full immersion and are here most of the day and night.

Others, like Stu there or sKeith are the night owls of the group and would be more active from say 7pm or so onwards.

Others find it easier to post from the workplace.

And then you have the last group who drop in when they can and contribute as you were mentioning above.

All styles are equally fine, some are less annoying than others (my always on style can... let us say grate on some) but none are wrong. At the end of the day the play by post style here allows you to be as active or inactive as you like.

But... haha, expect to be called a wolf regardless of whether you are a super active poster OR a low poster.

Or just because somebody feels like it :pac:
