Jail break error

My partner cannot get in the eir app it wont let him enter anything jail break error pops up he deleted the meteor app and it still wont let Him use it..

1. Make sure you are not using old Meteor App. That you are using this instead: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ie.application.myeircom&hl=en_IE

2. Re-register your account here, it might fix your login issue: https://my.eir.ie/login
