No Email for DocuSign Link?

    Hi, 

    I've been in touch since Wednesday about the DocuSign emails and I have not received them, it's now Friday. What is the issue here? I have been calling and they've been saying the email will go through. 

    My holidays are soon so I need the loan asap.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.

    Can I ask if you've checked the junk and spam folders within your email account as our emails can sometimes go into these folders automatically.
