Beautician that does Phi Eye brows in Galway

Just wondering if anybody has got their eyebrows shaped using Phi method - think it's like microblading. A beautician was saying to me that really doesn't work unless your eyebrows are really thin - mine are not thin but not thick either. If it is worth it there any good beautician who does it in Galway? Thanks
