Recommend a physio

As the title suggests, looking for a physio recommendation in D1, D2 or D4... or anywhere near enough to the city. I’ve had lower back issues for the past 2 years caused by a bulging disc. I had been going to the sports surgery in santry but the physio left, it was pretty pricey and a bit of a trek. I’ve let things slip…

As the title suggests, looking for a physio recommendation in D1, D2 or D4... or anywhere near enough to the city.

I’ve had lower back issues for the past 2 years caused by a bulging disc. I had been going to the sports surgery in santry but the physio left, it was pretty pricey and a bit of a trek. I’ve let things slip and need to get back on top of it.

Ideally I’d like somewhere that might have a gym attached as strengthening exercises will be vital.
