Hi there, can anyone recommend a replacement for shower pictured. Preferably with similar inlet positions. TIA

    Are you sure it's a g1000?

G1000 is usually replaced with a triton as2000xt but looking at your photo this won't work for you. Your shower is up tight to the left hand corner so a mira vigour thermostatic might be a better option. The wall will need to be opened & pipe work altered. Easy enough if backing onto the hot press & it can be attacked from the back. Not so easy if it has to be done from the front

Folks Same question. I’m looking to replace a Galaxy G1000 shower (see attached)...any suggestions? Many thanks.

Triton Novel SR is the closest replacement & yet it's not a straight replacement. Your plumber won't have an easy job replacing this shower

Thanks a mil. What kind of issues cause the problems?

It's not a straight swap. Anything might happen. Wall might need opening for plumber to alter pipes and cable. You might need a tiler or plasterer after plumber is finished.

First port of call is to get a plumber in imo

Really appreciate the info. Is their any power shower with left side (as you look at it) pipe connections? That’s probably the main issue?

Yes. Mira Vigour. However I do believe that the hot & cold will be bact to front & a Triton novel SR will be a better replacement. This is from memory as I'm not on a pc & I may be mistaken
