Moving mobile bundle account

    Hi,
    I have a mobile on my mams bundle but I want to transfer it onto my own bundle in my own house.
    I rang customer care and they told me to go to an Eir shop to "port", I went to the shop and they told me they can't do that is has to be done through customer care

    I can confirm that you will need to contact our customer support team on 1901 to have this done.
