Why is Rosshill road closed?

    Anyone know why Rosshill road is closed at present?

    Local Access amounts to very few people and its not rat running if its a perfectly reasonable access point to the old dublin road. Its not through a housing estate or similar.

    It is rat running if people are using it for the purpose of travelling though Rosshill without stopping. There is after all a perfectly reasonable "roads" that are parallel to it for that purpose.
