I see planning permission for a garage has gone in for the Boghall Road in Bray. Mentions a new road connecting southern cross and boghall. Any one in the know have any idea as to if this is likely to be approved.

Seems like an odd place to put a garage unless there are other big plans afoot for the old Schering-Plough site and the development lands on the Southern Cross. Is there any mention of such plans in the Wicklow CC development plan?

Not sure but I see planning permission was refused for a builders merchant to build at schering plough site.

They seem to be including the new road in their planning application as well, so there must be more to it, certainly.

Yeah exactly the road make's sense the petrol station doesn't but most certainly a start  to future develop that empty pocket of the Southern cross.

I was trying to copy and paste but won't work for some reason. There's a new road planned hence petrol station. (Maybe one at Kilmac will go?)
