Thats a yellow at least, and quite possibly a red. Amazing decision from Clancy. Utterly brain dead from Ferg.

That's a poor decision. Stupid by Ferg too.

Fergus is a lucky boy. Is that a potential citing?

McFadden has got away with murder there. That is a red card all day. Shocking officiating. Not just Clancy but touch judge and TMO have a lot to answer for.

Ferg is gonna score a try in the last minute for Leinster to win

EHOC has to jump in and give his tuppence worth, he might have been unsure where it connected but he knows it was a card. He stood there mute.

Noel Reid is a fuxkin monster.

  • Registered Users Posts: 37,978 ✭✭✭✭irishbucsfan

Hahaha how has Noel Reid gotten away with that! Absolutely lovely stuff

Ah yes, Leinster get a penalty for tackler not releasing after the DEFINITELY LEGAL Reid turnover and clearance. Power on there lads

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,090 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

That's just a great try. Continuity with pick and goes that keeps the defence retreating, offloading, drag back passes and a lovely skip pass to the full back.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,149 ✭✭✭mangobob

    Great try.

Doesn't count as not supporting your weight or off your feet if you're a back.

    Dave Kearney. Like a turnstile.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,300 ✭✭✭MaybeMaybe

That was held up. Should have been looked at

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,090 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Poor from Kearney. Lowry wasn't attempting to dispossess him. He just dropped it himself.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,149 ✭✭✭mangobob

Not sure about that lineout decision either...

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,090 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

More good rugby from Leinster. Went side to side to stretch the Ulster defence and just went from their own 22 to Ulster's.

I assume Ferg didn’t get a card because they don’t have a better view of what happened, so got the “innocent till proven guilty” angle. Guaranteed citing.

First thing I thought when I saw Ferg walk back was, he’s got blood on his head if he made contact then surely there’s some on Reidy.

It’s not unlike Ferg to lose his head(pardon the pun), how he has got away with that on the pitch is crazy.

There again Clancy has always been a clown and is an atrocious referee.

That's an absolutely ludicrous pass from Reid. How did he get that pass so vertical and accurate with no wind up?

The blood was already there from a previous incident.

No excuses for the collision with Reidy though. Clear red card.

Yeah looking at the enhanced long distance camera angle I'd say Ferg is looking at 8 weeks, maybe 6 depending on his record and copping a plea.

If he is not cited and banned for that then all credibility is gone.

As for Clancy, I’m not even surprised. Absolutely useless. Blatant red card, blatant headbutt.

It was a mistake, slip of the head..nothing in it

    Haha
