    Just changed phones and downloaded the app and now it's looking for user id to log in. where do I get that

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

    By any chance have you access to the App on your previous phone? If you could login and select the 'More' option on the bottom right, this will show you your User ID.

    Also, if your mobile phone is registered and activated online you can free text User to 50365 to retrieve your User ID.

    If the above options do not help, you will need to give a call to BOI Direct. A colleague can relay the User ID to you. If your calling from a mobile number you can dial our Freephone number- 18000 946 764

    Our colleagueS are available Mon-Fri 8am-12 midnight, Weekends & Bank Holidays 9am-6pm.
