usb to ethernet

Using a Huawei E5573 for mopbile broadband, which only has a micro usb port. Am trying to connect it to a wireless extender. Does any one know if a usb to ethernet connector will allow me to do this? Any help appreciated?

I don't think that's going to work for you, usually you just connect a wireless extender wirelessly unless you bought the wrong type.

No, the micro port is for a client not a host. You'd need a host port to use USB->Ethernet.

Your device is designed for portable/temporary setups. Time to buy a real unit.

try connect that to the usb port of an old router like a hg658 etc if you have one spare
