Has anybody else found it strange this year that FBD are asking for the IVS membership number? As I was making changes to the policy I had to call them 3 times, 1st call no mention of IVS, 2nd Call - You need your IVS membership number, 3rd Call - no mention of it. I personally think IVS should set up a subscription service to collect the money
