Recycling old school books.

Is there anywhere to recyle old school books, (mostly the heavy, glossy variety and not reuseable).

Is Greenstar the only place to dispose of them, or can they be recycled elsewhere?

You can recycle them at your Local Authority recycling centre

Not familiar with Sligo but if you look up the County Council website under "Enviromental" you will see where your local facility is

Thats the place, they are closed for lunch between 13:00-14:00 weekdays.

Hi Drucilla, unfortunately not. Maybe post up a new thread to ask if anyone is getting rid of any? Always a shame to dump stuff when it could be used again.
