    Hi,

I live in the UK and have a non-resident BOI bank account and I’m looking for a Holiday Let Mortgage. I would like to buy a property so I can visit and stay there with my family but to also be able to let it out to others when we would be back in the UK. I’m not sure if it makes any difference but I am a British citizen and have ancestral links to a few places in Ireland. Additionally, my father (FBR) and grandfather (child of Irish citizens) are both Irish citizens.

I’m aware that having a non-euro salary would make this quite difficult but it should still be possible.

Please can you advise if this is a possibility with BOI and how I could go about checking I meet your criteria before applying?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

We’d suggest contacting our mortgage specialists who can go through specific details with you and they can then advise if you’d be eligible to apply for a mortgage. For contact details or to request a call back, please see here: https://goo.gl/uEd7k5

    Thanks
