    • Panhard for armoured cars
    • CGL: Handheld childrens games in early '80s like Invader 1000 which I owned.

    I'd say the list of pioneering companies which are still in business over time will be shorter. Off the top of my head, Intel and Mercedes-Benz are some of the few pioneers that are still operating in the same markets over time.

    The majority of innovative companies just fail over time, or get sliced up in M&A so that they're unrecognisable.
