London Surrey Classic 29/07/2018 **Spoilers**

    As an alternative to the procession in Paris with only a handful of sprinters, over on BBC the London Surrey Classic is due to start.

    Route is 187km including 4 laps of the Box Hill circuit, not overly undulating so should end up as one for the sprinters so likely to be one of Cavendish, Viviani, Greipel, Mathews and Ewan.

    Surprised to see Sam is missing from the Bora squad so my bet is Ackermann from Bora

    Broadcast on BBC1 is due to start at 15.50

    Is the rumour not Ewan to Lotto-Soudal as a replacement for Greipel. Lotto-NL have Groenewegen

    Depending on your preferences BBC1 commentary is One of the BBC's general sports commentators with Magnus Backstedt, The RedButton option gives you Declan Quigley with a former US Pro (Maybe Christian vande Velde???)

    The pacing is all wrong both this and the tour are in the last few KM

    Sagan is actually currently down for the Vuelta, though those are subject to a lot of change at this point I'd say.
