Download the Revolut app & set up a free Revolut account. Get yourself a virtual debit card on the account & use that to top-up the SIM.

I have a revolut account. It took the money and then returned it minutes later. The 3 website said the payment failed.

I cant download the app on play store. Not available in my area.

Know anyone in the UK that could buy a voucher for you?

Is this the data some, 12gb, would be cheaper to buy a new one than top up.

Could this be an option, although there's probably a surcharge
    https://www.mobiletopup.co.uk/three

You could try to sideload the app but that will probably still block a non UK card

Try topping-up by phone on +447782333555 (free).

It is my understanding that the Revolut debit card is a UK card so it should be acceptable as a payment method.

Can you (or someone in UK) set up a direct debit to do the topup?

OT question - why are you using a UK number here? Would it not be easier to let your friends know a new number than all this hassle?

A few years ago now, and on Vodafone, but like most providers go into a shop and ask for a UK top up and quote the number?
