What is more manoeuvrable?

Hi all. Looking for some info from the pros. Today we took a delivery of 20t of sand from a 4 axle 32t tipper with rear wheel steering. It was shall we say a bit of an effort to get round the corners to us.

The company also has 3 axle 27t tippers (I'm assuming fixed rear axles). Would it be any easier with one of those or is the longer and heavier 4 axle actually more manoeuvrable?

    Cheers!

A 27t truck would be overweight with 20t in the back.
