    Hello,

    I applied for a personal loan of €300 on Friday and I have not received a decision yet. Can you please advise when I can expect to hear back?

    Hi Alison,

    Still no update received coming up on 72hrs. No response received from an online banking query submitted over 24hrs ago and only a recommendation to call an 0818 number at a cost of up to 50c per minute from my provider.

    Can you please let me know how you made the application, online/phone or in branch, and can you check your email account including junk and spam folders to see if you've been contacted?

    Hi Tara,

    Thanks for the reply. I have checked all folders and I have not received anything from BOI. The application was submitted online.

    We'd advise that you contact the lending team and they can follow up on this further. If you can't call the 0818 number you can also dial 014044034 to speak with the team.
