Hello there,

So, am doing a new build. And am ready to draw down/first requisition.

Got first bill/invoice of 27k.

There is a little hold up due to an ongoing issue with the ESB. So, I wont be able to requisition 27k until that is solved in the next couple of weeks.

I have to put 16k towards the build. I have done this and have a balance of 11k with the builders to pay next week.

With the ESB thing ongoing, am going to loan 11k off someone to pay the builders.

Once the 27k is in my account, can I pay back the person I loaned it off? i.e., that money is mine?

I will still have a balance of about 16k from the requisition to pay the next builder bill.
