Was thinking of heading out to Howth or Wicklow at the weekend. Not targeting anything in particular but would appreciate advice on what's around and where…

Hi all, trying to get back into fishing after too many years away from it and have been doing a little bit of poking around off DL West pier and the surrounding area. Was thinking of heading out to Howth or Wicklow at the weekend. Not targeting anything in particular but would appreciate advice on what's around and where is worth trying at the moment just to see if I can scratch out a couple of fish while I'm out.
