As above when viewing houses I saw a load of houses that needs major renovations going for 100,000 less than bigger fancier A2 houses but the renovations wouldnhave cost far far more than 100,000.

I new high end dev in Drumcondra has apparently sold 19/22 phase one without every being launched properly so there are still high end buyers in that area
