    Hi there,

    I recently joined Eir for broadband and when I try to register with "my eir", it is asking me for a "landline or broadband reference number". Where do I find this? I have an account number but not a reference number.

    P.S. The email I was sent with all the details does not render properly - are you aware of this issue?

    Your landline number or broadband reference should appear on your welcome email to us, it will also appear on a bill if it has been issued yet.
