Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Yes. Most apartments are sold in that way. You buy a lease, which includes the right to live there, as well as a share in the management company which owns the common areas.

You can have a long lease for 999 years for example or if you want to be technical you could get a right of residence in a property so that you can live there until you die but it doesn't pass on to your successor

Management company owns not only common areas, but the whole building, site etc. And you buy part of the management company.

Who would you intend to buy it from?
