I recently applied to Dublin corporation for planning permission, we supplied all medical evidence to them marked private and confidential, i then went on the Dublin corporation website a few days later and 1 of the 4 medical reports was available to view Publicly on there site, it was a full occupational therapist report, so I rang the corporation and they said unfortunately mistakes happen and took it down, I feel like my privacy has been breached as the document was made public. Do yous think I have a case.. I have all screen shots of it while it was still on there site
