Nissan 2007 Tiida car radio issue

Hi folks. Bought a car and basically the radio doesn't work. The lights at the face of it (buttons etc) turn on when I turn the car lights on but theres no display or anything. Any tips? Checked the fuses and they're all good. Disconnected the battery for a fewminutes and nothing either. Couldn't see a fuse in the radio…

Hi folks.
