Ooc does the injured man get brought inside, do more gaurds replac those that helped him in etc.
The injured guard is brought inside by another. Soon they are replaced by six more from the rooms within the walled enclosure and a powerful looking cleric about whose head a set of seven rocks orbit.

What race is the cleric? I retreat north and head back to the inn to tell my Dragon how stupid his idea is.

Iuric stretches and gets dressed and as he is about to leave has a flash of the strange dream he must have had "A sword with skeletal wings? Odd, but also appealing." he thinks to himself. If it's after the time in the morning businesses would be open Iuric heads to the merchant area if it's still night the tavern.

The face of the Cleric is burned in Wade's mind, he only got a glimpse of the face when he turned as Wade retreated. An insectoid of some kind, with a mantis like face.

Mags, or Moggs as some of the others called him, was oddly subdued when they arrived at the tavern. He quietly asked for a room with food and drink to be brought up to him. He even forgoes the opportunity to hand out flyers for the Woodshock festival to Le Pétomane, the stage farter. He pays for his food and lodgings and leaves some coin with the barkeep asking him to forward it to the Bards Guild in his name.

Once in his room Mags flicks his hands to tentacles, forward and back, fascinated in a stomach churning way. He tries out using the tentacles to play and finds that though they make good hammers they are a bit cumbersome when it comes to play the flute or lute or even JoePaz.

He examines the beak on his back, trying to make it talk or sing, trying to see what control he has over it, trying to see how strong the beaks are, what they could cut through or crush. He even trys feeding it some of the mostly untouched bowl of brown that the barkeep sent up.

Finally, exhausted, he falls asleep though not before he resolves to ask JoePaz what it knows about the plane of demons before he attempts to planeshift.

OOC: Can I get a Level check please. Am I still at 3? Just want to know before I select the days spells.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

Iuric as he is heading out does some morning exercises, he can feel a notable improvement.

Joepaz knows little of the demon plane, except to keep away from it.

When Mags wakes and plays his practice tunes, in a flash of inspiration he realises another aspect of the celestial music, why it only involves some alterations of harmonics already known to him. Settling down to see if a minor version of it works he plays slowly.

OOC: The above reflects the extra spell of Level 4. You've gone up

Vrakrash is getting dressed as Wade comes up the stairs. Over the night, something about the Valley has changed him. Maybe how much he pushed himself, maybe some workings of the valley. Regardless he notices a slight scorching to his pillow. Looking closer, it is not fire, but magic bleed. An off flow from his now increased reserves of energy.

His spells are also now more settled in his mind, the complex formulae no longer straining his memory so much. Had he tried to shove a third in there before, he may have feinted from the mental strain, but now he feels competent he could manage another.

He decides he needs to find a magic shop for the rote form of the spells, working one out himself is beyond his abilities.

Sarric acquirees a room in the tavern and retires for the night. He has a nice rest. After his rest, he decides to do some light meditation but stumbles upon a funny looking knot in his memory and becomes curious, he unravels this recent twist in his memories, as a result of the mend, he now remembers Jeremy, and his light meditation became a multi hour session.

He then says a few word about how pleasing his dreams were and how he was thankful to the dangerous underwater blackish multi mouth bearing god thingy for his dreams.

After eating a hearty breakfast, he ventures over to the temple district to meet with his newly acquired contractor, so he can lend some instruction and put together a plan for the next couple of months works.
He also shares details of the old god of dreams and what he has asked so that it can help guide the works too.

He sets up a bank account and deposits 500GP into it, and leave instructions to enable the foreman to get the wages from the bank at the agreed rate.

    Vrakrash nods at Wade.

'You're up early. I need to visit a magic shop first, maybe cash in on a few items I have in my possession. Last night has left me... strapped for cash - but no matter.

Then we head for this temple?'

Vrakrash heads downstairs and approaches the barkeep.

'Friend, can you point me in the direction of the closest magic shop?

I... heh... don't suppose there's anything left from the monies I gave you last night? If so, consider it yours - in exchange for accomodation for as many nights as is possible. I have grown to like this place.'

Sarric does his practice workout after returning from the bank, now with the odd little cantrip thrown in. No doubt about it, fighting all those spidermen, their multilimbed attacks, their numbers, he's faster than before. More precise. Not just his physical attacks, but his ki reserves. He brings his ki into his finger tips and embeds them in the wall. If he focuses his ki like this, he could disrupt his opponent's.

Needing guidance Mags decides that some future time he will ask Retula for information on the Demon plane.
"I'll get the answers straight from the horses mouth. Though, in retrospect, I might not use that particular phrase."

Feeling more at ease with the changes he's going through Mags scoffs a large breakfast. As the barkeep brings food he mentions seeing the priest in talks some of the gang. "Sounds like we got hired. Guess I should restock my gear."
He arranges with the barkeep to have replacement torches, rations and any other missing inventory left at the bar for him.

He heads out to talk with the local bard guild, catch up on news, learn of any jobs that might be going and hand out Festival flyers.

He also checks out the local armorers in the hopes of improving his musical leather.
"Ya see, the problem is that over time the leather loses tension and the tone changes. I need a way to keep a crisp shell on the exterior but light and supple beneath. Any ideas?"
As usual he's met with blank stares from tradesmen more accustomed to shodding ploughorses then crafting fine instruments.

    OOC: Spells for the day.
    Lvl 1
    Bane
    Healing Word
    Thunderwave
    Hideous Laughter

    Lvl 2
    Blind/Deaf
    Enhance ability
    Lesser Restoration

"Retula worshipper? Two floors up, but wow you're really going all out, I didn't think you guys did the whole emulation thing"

As the shopkeep is looking over them "Out of curiosity, what would you say the value of this breastplate is?" He taps on the Dwarven jewel encrusted breastplate he's wearing.

Stepping out from the stairs she sees the next floor is taken up by a shrine to herself.

Three large stylistic drawings of her, one on the back wall and one each on the side walls, frame the room.

The alter is made from bones with a large stuffed effigy of Hetyaro.

Fifteen Osinzirite immigrants pray in front of the altar, offering raven feathers.

A copy of "The Story of Retula" lies on the altar.

Besides the stairs, there is a window on the back wall. The pictures depict in idalised scenarios. Holding skulls, flying on Hetyaro and forming an Eldritch blast.

The effigy of Hetyaro depicts him as much more agressive looking than in reality. Large teeth and a foot claw, close to a massive raptor.

The book has Retula crudely inserted into the Osinzir creation myth. Some time after the creation of the Osinzir jungles by the God's and the arrival of the first Osinzir couple as refugees from the empire that preceded Zassan to the North, the Gods petition the "Distant Dwelling Death" for an experienced God of Death to aide them in building up the afterlife.

Stranger still is that Retula is beginning to remember these events a bit.
