Hi all, Would appreciate ball park costs for an adjoining wall between myself and neighbour. 31m x 2m Needs a foundation dug and filled. Very narrow access - can fit a wheelbarrow. How much extra would render be? Thanks all. Appreciate any advice.

On a similar note could I get a rough estimate for a small extension to a garden wall. Need a block wall of 2 m x 1.2 (including capping), need a foundation for the wall extension and for the wall to be capped and plastered with a pillar at the end. A rough idea of the cost would be very much appreciated. Access not an issue, wall is road facing with easy access from the road.
