Bike learner permit

Anyone know if i need to book an appointment and bring paperwork to an NDLS center if I all im looking for is a bike learner permit? I already hold a full class B license.

Would seem silly, they have already proved my identity.

It does sounds silly, that's how you know you need to do it!

Yes, you need to go into the NDLS to get a learner permit. Fill out the form and either book an appointment online, or show up 20 minutes before they open.
