Always Be Closing

Hi guys


I was on the 20 euro for 15 gb monthly pass

I stuck 30 quid on the account as I wanted to avail of the 30 euro  for 50 gb's plan.

I got 2 text messages to my Huawei inbox on their online portal thanking me for my top ups and to wait for another sms to choose and confirm my plan.

I got no such thing. I have yet to be offered the option to activate the 50gb plan despite2 of your colleagues on live chat saying its active

Can you look into this for me

I got it sorted in store (twice being a previous eir employee has it's perks :D)
